Pani puri is our beloved street food, the saviour of our “tinde nights,” and the all-time favourite snack of many folks. It’s the one thing in the world that we can never get enough of it. Bursting with so many intense flavours, Pani Puri is the only thing that can bring happiness in no time.
Known by so many names – PaaniBatashe, Poochkas, Water Balls, Fulki, Golgappe, Pakodi; Pani Puri is a crispy fried puri stuffed with aloo-chana masala and dipped into tamarind and mint water. It is totally meant to win our hearts and fill our bellies.

There’s nothing Golmaal about this Gol Mal Ready-to-fry Pani Puri pack. Easy to fry, absorbs less oil, quick to make and crispy to savour. This readymade panipuri pack is perfect for your gol-gappe night. Jab bhi mood kare; just open, fry, and eat. The bonus point of our Gol Mal ready to fry panipuri is that you don’t have to run to the streets looking for khatta-meethapaani. Because we’ve got you covered there too as the packet comes with your favourite pudina and imli paste. This paste of fresh mint leaves, along with Indian spices, makes it irresistible to ignore, and the tamarind chutney will swoop you from its taste. Just empty the packets of pudina and imli paste in a large and small bowl respectively, and pour water to make teekha-meethapani.

Heat the oil approx
170° – 175° C.

Gently place 3-4 Puris
inside the frying pan.

Fry the Puris in oil for 15-20 seconds approximately till its color turns into light cream and then take it out.

Now, the Puris are ready to be served as Pani Puri, Dahi Puri & Chutney Puri.

The packet comes with a pack of pudina paste &imli paste so that you don’t have to go the extra mile and make it yourself. Just empty the packet in a bowl and add water accordingly. Also, to add a cherry to the cake, a pack of boondi is what you will find inside. You can add it to the potato mixture or in the pudina paani.
